Deep Creek Yacht Club

Reciprocal Yacht Clubs

The following clubs have extended reciprocal privileges to members in good standing of Deep Creek Yacht Club.  Privileges include dining or other facilities and may include guest moorage. Guest moorage at most clubs is on a first come first serve basis although some clubs accept reservations. Members arriving by boat must fly their DCYC burgee at all times.  A DCYC membership card is required for admittance but since DCYC cards do not have expirations dates, some clubs may require a letter of introduction which is available upon request from our Reciprocity Administrator Bill Woodroffe.  Payment is with cash or credit card although some clubs are cashless and only accept credit cards. It is recommended that you contact clubs prior to your visit.  Details about each club are available in the DCYC Reciprocal Guidebook.

Many other clubs extend guest privileges to our members but do not exchange reciprocity.  It is suggested you contact the club in advance and mail or fax them a letter of introduction at least a week prior to your arrival.

If you have recommendations or suggestions for additional reciprocal clubs, contact anyone on the Reciprocity Committee.  Please provide as much information about clubs as possible.
